Link2U Consultants are a professional and caring team of experienced Support Co-ordinators dedicated to linking participants of the NDIS to the services they need to achieve the goals in their plan. We are affiliated to Link2U Services which we are transitioning to over the coming months.
With over 15 years of case management, service co-ordination, support co-ordination and service provision experience in the Aged Care, Disability and Mental Health sectors, we have an understanding of the support needs of people with a disability and navigating the complex processes of the NDIS since the scheme commenced in 2016.
Currently servicing participants Sydney wide, our vision, mission and values align with empowering and supporting participants to live independently, making their own choices and having control over how they would like to live, the services they would like to engage and who provides them, all while living safely in their home and in their local community.
